This policy covers the Plumb app for iPhone and Android and its web version.
Without an account
Calculators, the assistant and saved projects work on your device without an account. Projects and your language and unit settings are stored only on your device; uninstalling the app deletes them.
With an account
If you sign in with Google or Apple to use credits, we store your account identifier, your email address (Apple may provide a private relay address), your credit balance and a history of the credits you received and used. This data is stored with Google Firebase, with the database in the European Union, and is used only to run your account.
Rewarded videos
Videos are shown by Google AdMob in the apps and by Google Ad Manager on the web. Google may use device identifiers and cookies to show and measure ads, according to the choices you make in the consent message; on iPhone you are also asked for tracking permission. We only receive confirmation that a video was watched.
Payments
In the apps, purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and confirmed to us through RevenueCat; on the web, by Stripe. We never receive or store card details. We store which credit pack was bought and when.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Your account, credits and history are deleted permanently, and any unused credits are lost.
